WHAT WILL YOUR DELIVERY COST BE?

  • ​R80 Standard Delivery Fee country wide ( Within South Africa) with PUDO locker to Locker
  • Please enquire Shipping  to Door option.
  • Free delivery on orders over R700 with the Pudo Locker to Locker option
  • myFynbos uses Courier Guy (Pudo) as our shipping / delivery agent.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

​We will package and ship orders with due diligence at all times under the following conditions and procedures:
 
Orders received from Monday to Thursday, between 8AM and 1PM, will be processed on the same day.
 
Orders received over weekends (Friday after 1PM – Sunday), will be processed on the following Monday.

We, myFynbos, agree that we will always take due diligence to ensure that all orders are shipped on time, as per our order and shipping standard operations procedure, we will however, not be held liable for shipping / delivery delays or packages being damaged or lost, under the following circumstances:
 
  • Where an incorrect address was supplied by the customer.
  • Where a package was received and signed for by a person that was not authorized to do so or that was not appointed by the customer as stated on the delivery waybill.
  • Any action by our shipping agent’s staff, that causes a delivery delay or package being lost or damaged, during delivery that is out of our control as a company.
  • Where a package delivery is delayed, damaged or lost during labour, industrial and or political circumstances, like labor strikes and political unrest, or any other circumstance, that is out of our control as a company.
  • Where a customer has opted to use his/her own shipping agent, myFynbos, will not be held liable under any circumstances whatsoever, for any delivery delays, package damage, lost packages or any other circumstances that may arise from the use of such an agent by the customer.
  • Further, as we use an independent shipping / delivery agent, Courier Guys, it is the responsibility of the customer to also ensure that he/she has read and understand the shipping / delivery agent’s own terms and conditions, which can be found on their webpage, https://thecourierguy.co.za/terms-conditions and you agree that you are bound by such terms and conditions.
