FYNBOS HOney

Fynbos Honey: A sought after delight produced by the Cape honeybee (Apis mellifera capensis) of South Africa’s Western Cape.

Savour the richness of 6,000 endemic fynbos species, harvested by the Cape
Honeybee in the winter months, then hand-spun into a raw, unfiltered, and non-irradiated delight.

This small-batch honey, with its unique flavour and aroma, is sustainably
farmed and offers not just a treat for your palate but also potential health
benefits. Limited quantities make each jar a testament to the wonders of South Africa’s Fynbos.

Along with collaborating with other small scale Beekeepers around South
Africa we are able to bring other varietals to market via our platform.
All honey is raw, small scale sustainably hand harvested, packaged and bottled.
