Returns and Refund Policy

myFynbos will only consider a product being returned and / or refunded to a customer, under the following circumstances:

Product Returns

  • ​If the product is unused
  • If the product still has all its original packaging, including its tags and accessories.
  • If you can supply proof of purchase.
  • If the product and the packaging  are undamaged.
We will not entertain the return – or refund of a product that has been used, damaged (unless proof can be supplied that the product was damaged during shipping) or if the original packaging has been discarded.
You, the customer, have 4 (four) days, from having received the product, to contacting myFynbos via info@myfynbos.com, to request to return the product or have your money refunded.
We reserve the right to determine if a product is eligible to be returned, and should your request be accepted, we will gladly replace the product at no cost to you, the customer. Should the product return be valid we will assist you in returning the product.
 

Product Refunds

​We reserve the right not to refund a customer, if the product under question, can be replaced with a new product or if the request for a refund or product to be returned, is received after 4 (four) days of which the product was received by the customer. A refund will only be considered under the following:
  • If the product is unused
  • If the product still has all its original packaging, including its tags and accessories.
  • If you can supply proof of purchase.
  • If the product and the packaging is undamaged
  • If we cannot replace the product with a new product.
  • If proof can be supplied that the product was deemed unsafe for human consumption or use.
  • Special circumstances that has been approved and agreed to by myFynbos, after liaising with the customer.
​Once a refund has been approved and the product has been received back by myFynbos, will we process the refund within 24 hours.
